The short version
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- The contact form sends your message to us by email. The website itself does not store it.
- We use your details only to reply to your enquiry. We never sell them.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), the topic you pick and your message. We ask for your consent before you send it.
When you WhatsApp, call or email us: whatever you choose to share in that conversation, on that service.
Automatically: like every website, our hosting provider’s servers record basic technical information — your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site running and secure. Our contact form also keeps a short-lived count of messages per connection (not their content) to stop spam.
We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry: to reply, prepare a quotation, arrange a visit or a demo, and follow up on that same enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will stop contacting you.
If you become a client, the work we do for you — including any AI agents — is covered by a separate agreement that explains how your business data is handled.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your data. To deliver your message and reply to you, it passes through:
- Hostinger — hosts this website and sends the form email;
- Google (Gmail) — where our inbox is;
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us or be contacted on WhatsApp.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to answer and follow up. If the enquiry does not lead to work with us, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires for invoices and tax records.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
- deal with it on your behalf through a person you nominate.
